Days 13-18 of #100DaysofDublinDoors
Hi friends!
I hope you enjoyed your Easter weekend. Here in Ireland, most people get a day off for a “Bank Holiday Monday” creating a lovely 3 day weekend. This past weekend served up some gorgeous sunny weather with temps in the 20s (or around 68oF for those of you following from home).
On a side note, it’s fun when my grad school memories remind me what oC temps feel like… oh! this is as cold as the walk-in fridge or oh yeah! as warm as the incubator room… The mind is a weird place isn’t it? 20 years later & in a flash I’m back in a cold room learning about protein purification just from trying to calculate things in oC vs oF.
But back to this long weekend & much better memories — the temp was lovely, the tulips are up & the cherry trees were blooming. And it was just a gorgeous time to take #bestdogever to another one of our favorite places to explore — Herbert Park.
Along the way, of course we found some new doors to add to our collection of #100DaysofDublinDoors.
Have you figured out what theme I’m going for with this series yet? The last few sets were definitely part of “the blue period”. I could easily spend 100 days only taking photos of blue doors—but that isn’t part of my self-imposed rules, so maybe next time…
Do you have a favorite from Days 13-18? I’m drawn to the bottom doors with the stained glass, but that really shouldn’t come as a surprise! 🙂
