Hi!

I’m Marja, the creative mind behind Glass Elements & Cairnopolis, partner to Jonathon, and was the proud friend & walker of #bestdogever, Prim. In late 2018, we made the exciting move from Seattle, WA to Dublin, Ireland, and it’s been an incredible journey since!

Since settling in Dublin, I’ve had the pleasure of serving on the volunteer board of the Glass Society of Ireland as part of the Communications Team. I’ve also volunteered as a Creative Content Organiser for the Neighbourhood Network’s Time Machine Project. Currently, I work as the Digital + Design Assistant for the Glass Art Society, a global non-profit dedicated to connecting, inspiring, and empowering the international glass community.

While I didn’t bring my glass studio with me to Ireland, I still teach select jewelry-making courses at various venues across the country. Follow me on Instagram or Facebook to stay updated on upcoming classes!
